In order to provide better service to all of our valued customers, we have made a few minor adjustments to our appointment policies with effect from 1st June 2019.
Update to Appointment Policies
For any appointment cancellations, customer is to inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment timing: either by phone call or text message/WhatsApp to the respective outlet.
This is to ensure that there is reasonable time for us to re-schedule and offer the time slot to another customer.
📌 Late Cancellation & “No-show”
For late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and “no-show”, one (1) treatment session will be forfeited from your package.
📌 Note: We send all customers a sms reminder one (1) day before the actual appointment.
We seek your cooperation to ensure that there is minimal disruption in our service delivery.
